Return & Refunds Policy for Bless Boutique

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Since we use dropshipping, our return policy reflects that.

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind. 
To be eligible, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our supplier’s warehouse. A 6% restocking fee applies on approved returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right by resending or refunding after supplier approval.

REFUNDS
Once your return is approved by our supplier, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, minus the 6% restocking fee.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items damaged due to misuse, missing original packaging, or returned for change of mind are not eligible for refund.
